That’s why it’s important that our teens and young adults be educated about the characteristics and consequences of this all too common problem.

The moving photo exhibit will be on display throughout February in recognition of National Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month at the following locations: Velocio Feb.
The students who performed, are both seniors and also members of a media arts and performance group called LOUD (
Maurice and Tahj performed pieces that dealt with substance abuse, physical abuse, and violent imagery in the media. MOST Club students identified concepts in the pieces to include objectification, traditional masculinity, and unhealthy relationships.
The art symbolizes women who've been in unhealthy relationships and messages that promote self-worth.
