Outlook 2016 not updating messages
I've tried: No options available through my email provider's cpanel web interface seem related to this.
I'll keep an eye on this thread, and am happy to provide more details or perform whatever steps are recommended. Fixed it by going into IMAP account management (in The Bat) and manually registering the INBOX folder.
Right-click the folder, and then click Properties to check your permissions for the folder.
See the folder owner or your administrator to change your permissions.
“Actually, the November update for Outlook 2013 (KB2837618) fixes a whole lot of IMAP issues and is highly recommended.
